Wix Enter is back for its 5th

cycle! This 8-10 week program at the Wix Campus trains AI-native xEngineers - professionals with end-to-end ownership who leverage AI to amplify their skills while deepening expertise in system design and architecture. You'll learn web fundamentals and build real features at Wix, hands-on. After training, our teams will onboard you to Wix's infrastructure, tools, and products - then you'll code for millions of users as a student engineer at our Tel Aviv or Be'er Sheva office, tackling real production challenges until you complete your studies.

This isn't an internship program where you watch from the sidelines. The Wix Grow program trains the next generation of xEngineers, engineers who own the full stack, from backend to frontend to mobile, mastering the fundamentals while building experiences that reach more than 300 million users worldwide.

What is an xEngineer?

The xEngineer represents Wix’s vision for the future of development. As AI writes more and more code, the focus of our engineering fundamentals is shifting to areas requiring human judgment, creativity, systems and software design. This is more than adopting new tools - it’s a mindset shift.

The xEngineer model enables fewer handoffs, clearer ownership, and more autonomous teams - all while preserving deep expertise, collaboration, and high engineering standards.

Design-First: Understanding the “what” and “why” before the “how”.

End-to-End Ownership: Taking responsibility for complete systems from design to production, and owning the outcomes.

AI-Native: AI is an integral part of every workflow, not just an assistant.

Is this an internship or an entry level position?

This is a paid internship that starts on Nov 3rd. one month. You'll get to know how we work at Wix, learn from experienced mentors, and work on real tasks from the start. At the end of that month, we look at how things went together - and for those continuing, the internship goes on for 5 more months

Can I participate in the internship fully remotely?

We believe that working together in the office fosters productivity and collaboration. To fully immerse yourself in our team dynamic, we expect you to be present in our Vilnius office 5 times per week.

In memory of Eytam Magini

Eytam grew up in Kfar-Saba. He served in the IDF as part of the Navy (Shayetet 7) and started studying for a triple major in psychology, neuroscience, and computer science at Tel-Aviv University. During his studies, Eytam joined Wix Enter and then became a Frontend Developer for our Media team.

Tragically, his time with us was cut short. Eytam was murdered in a violent terror attack in the heart of Tel Aviv on April 7, 2022.

His manager, Oded Nachshon, and his teammates describe Eytam as an incredible person. He was quiet, charismatic, and a true team player. They say he was the salt of the earth, a great friend with a kind soul.

The Wix Enter program is dedicated to Eytam in his honor.
